Flash uploader fails to fail

Moved to my new server.. Tried to upload a 4M file.. I hadn't adjusted my max upload variables in PHP yet.. When I tried to upload the file using the flash uploader.. It just sat there like a bump on a log doing nothing. No error saying the file I was trying to upload was too large.. Nothing.

Confirmed trying to upload a large screenshot in the Marketplace. Showed an empty screenshot box as if it'd gone through, but no image in it; no error message.
