The dropdown options don't follow the normal styling that dropdowns do across IP.Board

Example: There is no real feedback from the system when you hover over any of the options below Add A New Block

This dropdown has always been different since the beginning because of how it works, I'll see if it can be changed but not for 2.5.1 most likely.
