IP.Chat seems to use IP.Chat regardless of what the public title is. It would be nice when you set the public title to something it would show in both the chat room title bar and browser title bar.

It uses $this->lang->words['chat_title']

So you can translate chat_title in the ipchat language file. Agreed, though, we could just use the configurable title for the app instead for simplicity.
