After changing permissions in Projects > Editing [Project] > Project Fields, and saving the project by hitting 'Save Project', the updated permissions are not always saved.
This was tested in Chrome on Windows 7, with IPB 3.2.3 installed, and having run all IPT rebuild/recache/resynchronize tools.

I found that if the top "Select All" row was selected, editing any of the other rows to uncheck permissions wouldn't work. After unchecking all in the top row, I was able to then save the permissions properly.
The UI is a bit confusing like that, it should probably be disabling all other rows in the column any time the first row is checked.
