Project Fields fields are not de-selectable

The specific fields at Projects > Editing [Project] > Project Fields are indefinitely selected. Clicking them does not work to deselect them.

This was tested in Chrome on Windows 7, with IPB 3.2.3 installed, and having run all IPT rebuild/recache/resynchronize tools.
