I see the 'Add as Friend' and 'View blog' icons on the bottom of his card. The only problem I can see is why is 'Friend' capitalized but 'blog' is not? A case consistency problem appears throughout the entire software suite.
There seems to be problems with the gallery link too! This problem is not a new one - for years IPS is struggling with this - get it done, guys...
The condition, that is not functioing allright, is this:
<if test="cardBlog:|:$member['has_blog'] AND IPSLib::appIsInstalled( 'blog' ) && $member['has_blog'] != 'recache'">
has_blog is "recache"... no idea what that means, but I assume Blog should be doing something with that.
I'm going to fix that recache once for all 
This specific issue needs to be changed in IPB directly I'll move it there, I do have another bug report about the blog part already (note that without blog 2.5.2 it won't be completely fixed).
