Orphaned images in the mod cp

Ok.. I am waiting to hear maybe HOW this happened, all I can tell you now is that it did, and what happened when trying to approve the images.

Somehow.. A user uploaded images to an album that no longer exists..

Images went to album 1389, which there is none..

When approving the image in the modCP, this happened..

SELECT COUNT(*) as images, SUM(comments) as comments, SUM(comments_queued) as comments_queued FROM gallery_images WHERE img_album_id= AND approved=1

So.. I'm waiting to figure out what the user did, maybe that'll give some clues.. But, there you go, if you want to program in something to avoid it.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Upload an image to an album that requires approval.
2. Delete the album as the album owner on frontend.
3. Unapproved images are not removed and driver error is thrown when trying to approve/delete in modcp
