Tried to install blog from the ACP of 3.3.0 and this showed up
I installed Downloads and Gallery and neither showed the same warning, indicating this is something specific to blog. Completely fresh install from SVN. Literally just did an SVN export of our IPB repo, installed IPB, then installed the apps from the ACP afterwards.
