Error while creating more than 1 album

Allow members to create only 1 album in Member Groups > Manage Member Groups.
Create a new album, then click on Create new album again and get this strange formatted error:

If the board is non-English the error is even more weird:

Has to be done through My Settings.. You create an album, that puts you at your limit, but, the New Album button remains, if you click it again.. The above happens.
