disabled tagging in a global album but tags still show up

Concerning IP.Gallery 4.2.1. I have deactivated tagging in a global album, and tags are still showing up, furthermore you can even change the tags even though they are disabled.

The issue happens when you upload images in a member album located in a global album with tags disabled. If the global album itself allows images the tags field is not showing up for them, so that part works, we basically need to check the first parent global album for member albums.
