Disable filter option (External Linked Blogs)

I have external blog links disabled on my site however the filter option still shows in
the list header and in the drop down menu under Custom.

If a member had an external blog before you disabled them your users wouldn't be able to filter them.

I manually deleted all external blogs - currently none exist - and then I turned off the external options - but the filters still persists.
