Setting "Show in Project Filters" for a custom field doesn't work.

While there's an admin UI item for enabling/disabling filtering by custom fields, and a database table column to store the setting, there doesn't seem to be any code to actually put the filters into either the project page or the advanced search page. All I see are some commented out stubs in the skin files.
