Custom text fields don't update via AJAX in Issue Information block

This bug has two components:

Currently, the skin is hard-coded to add a field_dropdown_ id tag to all fields in the Issue Information table. Problem is, text fields aren't dropdowns. The JS happily exposes the text fields for editing anyways because of this problem.
However, there's no support code for updating these text fields via AJAX like there is with the dropdowns.

This leads to the rather poor UX of trying to edit the text fields that appear, only to never have the information saved.
