if do=edit_set_form and id=null, why are we here, and not presented with a could not find the permission set you were attempting to edit?
Just to clarify - the issue you're reporting only occurs if you manually adjust the URL and not in normal usage?

also... say you time out editing a permission matrix.
login prompt when you hit save.
it emptys the permission matrix title itself you were editing and says changes saved upon login.
