www. vs no www.

Giuseppe is experiencing an issue locally where a www. prefixed URL (which is correct for his config) is trying to redirect to no www. which isn't correct and gets stuck in a loop.  Need to test further.

Just a few notes in case it helps:

- This is a fresh 2.3.0 beta 1 installation
- The page I'm trying to load is the default index.html page
