IP.Board 3.1.x and Applications: End of Life Announcement

So that we can focus all of our development, support, and service efforts on the newest version 3.3, we are announcing the end of support (sometimes called end of life or EOL) for the following IPS software versions (and earlier versions):

IP.Board 3.1.x
IP.Blog 2.2.x
IP.Gallery 3.2.x
IP.Downloads 2.2.x
IP.Content 2.0.x
IP.Chat 1.1.x
IP.Nexus 1.1.x

Technical support, installations, and services will end for these products on August 1, 2012. On that date all technical or service requests will be advised to simply upgrade to the most recent versions of the products. We will not force upgrades but will also not be able to diagnose issues or answer questions relating to the older software. Also, on that date, IPS will no longer address any new issues or bugs reported in the older software versions.

You are of course free to continue using these older versions if you wish but IPS will no longer provide assistance after the EOL date.

Security Updates

In the event an issue is discovered impacting the security of these older versions of the software, IPS will provide a patch posted in our announcements forum. We will continue to provide security updates for several months after the EOL date based on severity of the issue.

Internet Explorer 7 Support

We announced our plans to start phasing out support for Internet Explorer 7 in December 2010 and have been slowly doing so. As of this date, IPS will no longer support Internet Explorer 7. This includes compatibility modes in newer browsers.

lol if it were up to me I wouldn't use paypal and nor would I have any members pay me with it. Paypal is a bunch of crooks. When you get scammed, they don't refund you. But when people come to my site and pay with their paypal just to get the secret content we have and then put in a claim...paypal gives them the money right away bc it's electronic items. Why don't they do that for me when I request for a refund when it was an electronic item I purchased? It's just a system for scammers to win on and honest business persons to lose...and they steal even more money to refund the money.

We have upgraded the IPS Community to IP.Board 3.2.0!

This is the first step in the testing process for IP.Board 3.2.0's upcoming release. We will be testing the new version here for several weeks and working on fixing issues with the goal of our first public beta release being as stable as it can be.

Please look around and help us in testing by submitting reports to our bug tracker so we can all work together to create a stable release. Keep in mind that our applications - IP.Gallery, IP.Blog, IP.Calendar, IP.Chat, IP.Downloads, and IP.Content - have also all been updated to be compatible with IP.Board 3.2 so please also test those. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Downloading IP.Board 3.2.0

IP.Board 3.2.0 is not yet available for download.

We are using it here on our company forums both as a preview for feedback and to identify any possible issues before release. Before a final release we will be testing it here on our company forums for a few weeks and then posting betas for download for all active license holders and invite you to participate in the beta testing process when we reach that milestone. When the final, supported release is made available we will make an announcement here.

I have looked, and have yet to find how to add product addons? I thought this feature was going to be added, but I might be mistaken.

If they do exist, is there a way to add certain addons to all products in a category?

EDIT
I'm not talking about the feature where you can associate packages with other packages, I'm talking about addons such as Logo text change, and color variation and such like that for paid skins.
