5. I would like that to be obtained IP.Chat not just have a chat either that all site users can enter, but you can chat in real time with a small chat window on something like facebook, where you can just chat with your friends on the site.

Haven't used them personally, but I'm planning on trying them out in the next month or so. Have to get the money together for them.

I don't think the site owner can be held liable for the content of his/her forum as long as it's stated somewhere in a TOS and/or AUP that the content is "the opinions of the site viewers and not of the site owner."

..But I'm not a legal expert, and I believe there is a guy here on these forums that does run a legal board, lol. I forget the name of it though.. :|

I too would love a tagging system for topics.

As for "article categories," I don't see a point to these. If you're refering to vB's CMS and the category/section system, then I've never believed that to be a true CMS anyway...I see it as more of a blog system for news/etc.

I like this idea, it makes sense tbh.

Not just dual authors, but multiple authors. Not only for file maintenance, but also for credits to everyone that could have contributed on the project.
