Convert from hosted to self hosted easy?

Im sure this is possible the hard way.

Meaning i install IPB, upload the same theme, find the same modifications and import posts and users.

Im wondering if there is a streamlined way in place for people converting from hosting with IPB to self hosted.

Does this exist?
