Does it only happen on these forums? Do you have any addons installed, such as a web developer toolbar which might be affecting your user-agent?

Password was reset by Matt and it's now working fine.  :)

dexterlablab1, try using the "forgot password" feature and see if that works. Seems like that solution worked for a few people (as long as the email arrives).

Thanks tAPir, but whenever I click the Email & Password tab, it takes me to the client area login page.

I've used the same email address for quite some time with this forum, so I'm aware what one is being used. I checked the other emails (including junk folders) for safety measures, but there were no emails there either.

I've tried the reset password link numerous times over the past 2 days but haven't received any emails. I sent an email to accounts yesterday but am yet to hear back - can any staff offer insight into how long it may take since I'm pretty keen to get started with the 3.3.x upgrades.

I'm only able to access these forums since I have a saved session with cookies. If I log out, I won't be able to sign back in.
