#1941317 Welcome to IP.Board 3.1!

Posted Matt on 15 April 2010 - 10:16 AM

I've just updated this board to the very latest development copy again.

Please perform a hard refresh / delete any browser caches to ensure the very latest JS and CSS is retrieved by your browser. If you experience any JS errors or 'missing' features, it is likely to be a stale browser cache.

Notable improvements in this version:
- New mobile skin now fully integrated into 3.1

- New user-agents added to cover most modern mobile phones. These are tied to the mobile skin

- New notifications drop down and other notification improvements

Please note that the mobile skin is still being developed and as such, please expect to notice a few niggles here and there.

#1915725 Suggestion: Dual Authors

I like the idea of assigning editors to files where possible :) , along the same lines of assigning editors to Blogs (not the same as the new group Blog)

#1925383 How do I cancel my "Order"

Posted Perfect Chaos on 13 March 2010 - 04:03 PM

Now then, I have been searching for a way to cancel my order, and havn't found one.

Either I am a pathetically blindsighted fool, or there is in fact no way to cancel an order/package and will end up being incredibly pissed off.

So, then. Which is it going to be? Am I able to cancel? If so, for the love of (Insert divinity here) tell me how the hell to do so.

Edit: Yes, I realise this is in the wrong Forum.

#1889420 Invision Power Services Are Rip Offs & Thefs

Posted WWN_merged on 17 December 2009 - 01:08 PM

back in 2004 & 2005 I bought a Invision Power Board (IPB) lifetime license from Invision Power Services.

I then shut down my IPB site for a few years because I didn't have the funding to keep it up

It's now 2009 and I found the funding to put my site back online so I went into my Invision Power Services client account to get IPB 3.0.5 and my Invision Power Board (IPB) lifetime is misisng form my account. I sent a ticket to the Invision Power Services staff about this and all they say is they found where i bought the 2 Invision Power Board (IPB) lifetime licenses from them but both Invision Power Board (IPB) lifetime licenses were sold & I know this is not true I rember I sold the one that was bought in 2005 a few mounths ago but I didn't sellt he one that was bought in 2004 so I sould still have a Invision Power Board (IPB) lifetime license in my account but they are saying I don't.

So anyone who is looking to buy IPB do your self a big favor and don't because if this happened ot me then who knows how many other clients they have done this to.
