Meta tag - Title error - how to fix it

While sharing page on facebook - the title shown is domain name of the board instead of the title of topic / page

Logo for new users - Its always have been a problem

Since I am using IPS , logo has been a big problem for me
Either I used to search for PSD and then so many issues and it never worked for me...

Since I upgraded to 3.3 I just thought to google it out and forund an interesting free solutions, Most of you might be knowing it already , but It was most important for me  , as it creates a transparent image , such that , it can be sued for any skin....

I have just added one logo on my mechanical engineering site
