Hello David,
I've just had a look at your ticket history, and see that your server transfer request ticket is less than 20 hours old, in which time you and our support team have made around 20 responses.
Our server transfers department has less staff managing it than general support or sales, due to the complex nature of the task. As a result, these requests can take longer than most to deal with, but your ticket is well within our defined standards of service. With that being said, I'd expect that someone should hopefully be able to get to your request today.
Please note that whilst we do not encourage it, multiple responses to tickets do not push them to the end of the queue. We deal with all requests in the order that they are received.
I'll close this topic now, as it is not IP.Board feedback. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

#2008742 Feature Request : Disable Signaturs/Avatars for Individuals

At the moment it's possible to disable signatures for a specific group, and also to disable profile editing (which I believe stops them changing their avatar?).
This is no good if you want to punish a user abusing their signature/avatar privileges without banning them, unless I've missed an option somewhere here.
It would be useful if signature/avatar privileges could be disabled on a per user basis (and perhaps be a part of the warn system). Right now, it's fairly useless for punishing an individual because you have to change their group, and if they're in a lot of primary and secondary groups, you have to remove them from most of those too since permissions stack positively and most of these groups have permission to use a signature/edit their profile.
