We are currently in a release candidate stage of IP.Board 3.0 and components. A release candidate is a version of the software between the beta phase and a final release.
Once the bugs reported for this first release candidate has been addressed, there will be a second release candidate.
It is difficult to provide a date when that will be; it will be as I say, once the bugs been addressed. We don't have a "deadline" for RC2, nor for final - there are no secret dates we're not telling you about -  the releases will be released when the developers feel they are ready to be released.
@Arctic Monkeys: Sure, we have an idea when we'd like to get final out - but don't read too much into that
