Replace reputation system with a google +1 button

There is the possibility of implementing google +1 button in each post, and this button to replace the reputation system?
What do you think about this?
Do you think would be useful for our forums?

3.2 Suggestion: Make signature to be at the very bottom of post area

I think it would look better if the signature was fixed in the bottom of post area and the like button would not appear the middle position when the user types a short message.

Vanishing buttons (like on the blog)

Can you provide an option to make the Quote and Multiquote buttons vanish just like the Quote button works on the blog comments? I like the way they stand out on hover and will encourage the users to use the Fast reply area at the bottom of the page.
