How do I go about obtaining the software for the community edition? I thought the perpetual license allows me access to all releases or versions. Am I correct or in error?
What comes in the community edition?
I installed everything correctly and I love the software but it is missing parts
I installed the software on my server and it is missing the blogs and gallery- I guess I am confused about what the community package was
I know I will have to wait until tomorrow to get an answer but I would like to know specifically what the perpetual license allows me to do exactly

I am really starting to get frustrated now:o
I have sent tickets for support I guess because I did not pay for it I was ignored. I then posted on this site in this same section about how I obtained this license and I can provide proof and I even emailed IPS with the email sent to my from the previous owner, I was instructed to go to two links and make changes and I did, when I tried to participate in the members areas it basically is not accepting nor recognizing me as the new account owner:devil:
I took the liberty of paying for support but now it wont allow me to attach that support to my IPS perpetual license and is said the support was only good for 3 days , I thought if I renewed support it would be good for 6 months- am I missing something here?
I legally own this account but I am not being notified if someone will look into this issue or anything. I am not allowed to participate in nothing because I am not being recognized as the new owner
It was listed on this site that you don't transfer licenses so anyone who owned one and wanted to sell it would have to sell their account, well now that the account was sold and has a new owner why am I not being acknowledged?
Why can't I participate?
Who do I need to speak with?
I really would like someone from IPS to address my issues - this has now become a serious matter:ph34r:
I am trying to be patient but now I am turning red
contact me - you have my payment info you have all my email addressed you have my home address
I have a license with your competitor as well and their system was a smooth transaction- I do not undertsand why this is being made to be a difficult situation that is really easy to rectify
I want to have a positive experience here and I also will share my experience here with others on other sites and messages boards
I do not think that I am over reacting
So far I am out of something over $100 and nothing is working right
