I noticed in the Client Area, there is a $20 fee to change licenses. Does that include renewal of the license?
...Like my license needs the $25 renewal fee paid on it, if I transfer it to someone else, is the license good for another 6 months or does that person have to immediately pay the $25 renewal fee to access the downloads section in the client area?
