1- IPS Converters is really nice mod for convert from another script like vbulletin to ipb step by step and easy to use, also i see convert more than 4-5GB from vbulletin

2- actuality ips converters don't change your old database and only read it so your data is safe

hi, you can try Visual Editor: goto admincp > Look & Feel >  Create New Skin Set and click on Visual Editor next botton

there is different between path and url

url start with http://

path should be like:

*******/public_html/pakdef/vbattachments/

also before public_html should be something that are different in each server
