Damn i bought the IP.Gallery thinking youtube link adding is already in there,... Really not happy, because this is the Basic feature....

In the sense you are stating this, no.
You would need to duplicate the database, make a copy of the files and on Domain B (which would be your testing/staging point) would need to have registrations disabled and not available to the public prior to going "live"
That sounds Awesome idea... In a case to go ahead all i need to install in Domain B and make the forum as offline so others can't register nor reply/post topics... and then once eveything is good(in terms of setup and installation) then i have to remove Domain A IPB completly and Make Domain B Online. Also redirect Domain A to Domain B(Optional)
Am i right?

Even i have a question on this Licencing topic.
I'm running my IPB on a Domain A and now i'm planning to Move it to Domain B.
Post migration i have to setup my forum and gallery and test all things are working fine. So till that time i would be having same licence installed in 2 places.
Once the test is ok i would Remove the IPB from Domain A. So is this ok to have the Licence on 2 places for tempraorary time say like 10 days?
