Hello people
My name is Lisa. I'm a mom to 5 fantabulous children/teenagers and skin for IPB in my spare time (key words there). My oldest will be going into the U.S. Marine Corps, and my youngest wants to be a princess - that should tell you the age range.
I've been skinning since IPB v1.3 (December 2003). For those that may remember, I ran the website Plausible Pixels during my starting years ... then changed it over to Skin Visions. Now I just work in a little corner of my personal website.
What else would you like to know?
My favorite color is white.
My favorite food is comfort food.
My favorite music is whatever I am in the mood to listen to at that moment (very wide variety ... one moment it may be Henry Mancini, another moment it could be Metallica. Blue Foundation, Lenny Kravitz, Shivaree, Enya, Enigma, Evanescence, Fergie, and Benny Benassi rank pretty high.)
My favorite movie is ... well there have been far too many good ones to narrow it down to just one: 300, Gladiator, The Patriot, Pearl Harbor, Stop Loss, The Messenger, Hope Floats, City of Angels, Braveheart, The Green Mile, Cinderella Man, Shawshank Redemption, Flyboys, The Italian Job, The Astronaut Farmer, Million Dollar Baby, The Mighty, Tombstone, Wyatt Earp, Indiana Jones, LOTR, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Mummy Trilogy, Sahara, Kill Bill 1 & 2, American History X, Chronicles of Riddick & Pitch Black, The Crow, Transformers, The Life Before Her Eyes, The Last Samurai (even though I can not stand Tom Cruise) ... to name a few.
I like .... art (used to draw and paint), web design, photography, camping, hiking, cooking, baking, gardening, listening to music, watching movies, making my children laugh, playing hide-and-go-seek in Walmart, having fun, watching the view from mountain tops, driving fast (when I'm alone), playing games on my computer, and taking my anger out on helpless little flies by smacking the crap out of them with a fly-swatter (to name a few).
I dislike .... piracy, fraud, runny noses, spitting, when people eat with their mouths open (aka smacking), boorishness, arrogance, ignorance, complaining, whining, being put on hold for hours on end, kidney infections, anxiety, poison ivy, and bugs trying to ruin my garden (there's more, but I'll leave it at that).
