That would require a new feature in IPB, not IP.Content.

Hope CCS can add tabs in the future version. Because if it wasn't automaticly, for the international users, they need to do more steps like adding more language strings not only just changing the skin and upgrade skin by themselves when there are new css update.
Even if CCS did it you need to add your own language settings, unless there was some kinda language setting somewhere.
You could also end up with alot of tabs unless theres a some type of  "add tab for this page" option.

It might be a better to have a links section in the ACP where you input the name of the new tab and url it goes do.

Mh, but thats not a good option.

I think CCS must do that for us. Put it in the skin it does not have the "active" effect.

#1833349 Which files and directories can be deleted after upgrade to V3.0.1?

Posted SgtTechHead on 26 July 2009 - 01:02 AM

I asked the same question via a help desk ticket.  I was upgrading from 2.3.6 to 3.0.  This is the response I got:

Quote

As for removal of files..

/install
/jscripts
/modules
/resources
/skin_acp
/sources
/style_avatars
/style_captcha
/style_emoticons
/style_images
/upgrades

All those directories can be removed.. However.. You MAY wish to save the avatars, emoticons and images directories to make sure you don't have anything that needs to be copied over to the /public/style_avatars, /public/style_emoticons, etc directories before deleting them..

I'd just back those three up to your PC and then delete them.. That way you have a copy, just in case. The rest shouldn't have anything in them of importance.
