Auto Convert from X current encoding set to UTF-8

Is that possible to include this function that will be able to "auto convert" our current char set to UTF-8 without looking for some way of fixing? As IPB is working great on UTF-8 it's recommended, but for example if we had a forum that was working on windows-1255 encoding and changed the forum's char set to UTF-8 (through Environment settings) this will display the Topics / Posts / other content in Gibberish or in Question marks / Squares.
There should be an automatic tool that can do this "hard work" for us by clicking a simple button. Instead of logged into our phpMyAdmin and start changing our tables character set manually.

As in facebook, what do you think of a mobile icon that will show your activity when browsing a forum through a mobile device?
Suggestion: Viewing Reputation Statistics

Thought about a new logs that will be added to the AdminCP or to the moderatorCP.
If the administrator wants to view the reputation statistics for each topic, today s/he can't do it but it would be nice if in the future there will be an option to view this reputation statistics by setting an ID of the topic we want to see and when submitting the form , it will give us some results with:
Member ID:
Reputation Given Date:
Liked in topic:

Hello,
Why don't you make an option to add new members also with a facebook?
In a private community it's required and it would be nice if it could be added
to the next version.
Twitter, Facebook, etc registrations.
