[4.0.9.x] Wrong theme template used for hovercard
    Reporduction rate: 100%
Location: Core -> Front -> Profile -> hoverCard
Steps to reproduce: Assign a custom theme to a Page and modify the custom theme's hovercard.
Details: When modifying a custom theme's hovercard, the template is not utilized on the page. Instead the default theme's hovercard template is used instead of the assigned custom theme's hovercard template. Test by modifying both templates (add a comment someplace) and you can see that the default theme hovercard is used rather than the custom theme.

[4.0.9.x] Viewing database entry without permission verbiage and error code
The error message is misleading when attempting to view a database entry when viewing permissions are disabled for guest user group (I did not try with a user group that is logged in without viewing permissions). It also generates an error code depsite the fact that the item exists when the user should be notified with an access denied message. This results in an email being sent and an error being stored in the logs.
The title of the page displays:
The content of the body displays:
The error message should say “access denied” or similar rather than saying the content does not exist as this is misleading and does not prompt the user to log-in or register.

Database add/edit form's do not inherit a Page's assigned theme.
When Adding a new record to the database (via the front end and not the admin backend), the add/edit form always uses the default theme despite the parent page's assigned theme.
    Example:
A Page (wizard version), named page, (testsite/page/) with a Database widget in a vertical column.
This displays all database entries for the selected database using the Page's assigned theme. I can navigate through all of the pages and all have the assigned theme applied correctly.Ex record 1. testsite/page/application/Displays a database record using Page's assigned theme. Correct.Ex record 2. testsite/page/guild-history/Displays a database record using Page's assigned theme. Correct. If I click on "Add New Page" it'll use the Default theme and not the Page's assigned theme.Ex. testsite/page/?do=form&d=2Displays add form using the Default theme and not the Page's assigned theme. Incorrect.Topic: http://community.invisionpower.com/topic/416605-how-do-you-apply-a-theme-to-a-database/

    Permission masks lost on upgrade
In 3.4.x there is a permission mask feature that allows specific users access to certain forums. This feature appears to have been removed from 4.x.
Can the upgrade process include creating secondary groups based on the permission masks and assign the users to these groups? Currently when you complete an upgrade all users are assigned their primary group with no secondary groups. All forums lose the permission masks and members lose those assigned masks.
This can be an issue if members are assigned to a specific mask with certain privilages that's assigned to various forums.
