  4. Basic Points

    Version 1.1.0

Points application to issue new points to members and new points for new topics, posts, signing up or giving points manually via their profile page. Control the points given for various things and permissions from the admin cp. With Christmas around the corner, I'll be offering a discount on the normal price of this app for the next few days. Basic Points Future After some coaxing I've decided to release my points app for IPB4. There has been quite a few points applications over the last 10 years I've been modding and as many unsupported/abandoned ones as well. Given it's history, my aim is to provide more long term certainty and stability going forward. One that you won't have to worry if it will be upgraded for future versions or be abandoned. I've decided to keep things simple to start and get further feedback as this application grows. I want to to add feature suggestions based on their merit and majority support. Even if something has already been suggested, please add your voice to it so I know which direction the users of this app want to take it. Features: Set how many points new members get on signup. Enable an auto reset for points. Top points widget to display the members with the top points. Customize the fixed point options given out for each post. Change the name or prefix of points. Set how many points new topics, replies are given in each forum. Set how many points are given to the topic starter if someone replies to their topic in each forum. Import points from other Points apps if they store their points in the forums database. (Confirmed working with ibEconomy.) Points displayed in profile information of each members post. Manually modify a members points count from their profile. Including a note stating the reason. Profile tab that displays a list of that members points log. Set group permissions for who can view and manage (add/remove) points. Global points page to display all the recent points logs and actions. Keep up to date with DevFuse mod development and releases.

  6. Re-add onCompleteAccount Member Sync Extension

I can't speak for IPS but for my own mods, I'll be looking for an alternative next year when I've got a bit more time.
  7. 4.1 - Ability to cache remote images

Yes that's correct. When viewing the post it will appear as it's a local image and load locally from your server. Well as far as I can see the image is checked internally that it's an image and not something else malicious. In theory an security updates wouldn't be retroactive to already cached and downloaded images but I you would have to confirm this with IPS. I don't see how. The cached images are stored in a separate database table and folder. If your really paranoid, you could download your core_image_proxy database table and and uploads/imageproxy/ folder to ensure you have a backup before upgrading.
  8. Suspended Member Tag

    Version 1.0.0

Displays a special badge/tag on posts of suspended members. Including the time when suspension finishes. This is for IP.Board 3.4.x only. Features: Suspended member tag on suspended members posts Option to include remaining time left on suspension. Select which groups that can not view suspended tag. Keep up to date with DevFuse mod development and releases.

  9. 4.1 - Ability to cache remote images

I think my use of "proxy" was confusing. It is caching remote images locally but the file that it serves it through is called imageproxy.php. So for example you add a remote image in your post, lets say "remotedomain.com/image.png". That's swapped out to "yourdomain.com/applications/core/interface/imageproxy/imageproxy.php?img=remotedomain.com/image.png" and the image is now served through that link. Every time that link is accessed it checks for a local cached version and uses that instead. If no cached image exists it downloads a local copy again.
  10. 4.1 - Ability to cache remote images

As long as the image exists at the time of posting it should always be available then locally and cached if you don't purge the cache.
  11. 4.1 - Ability to cache remote images

Just a straight download of the remote image without any reductions or compression. It basically swaps out the remote image url when posting to point to the image proxy page and then load the images through there. On that page it checks if the url is present in the database and loads the cached version, if it's not, it caches it again and loads that image. If the source is missing, it errors out like it would if the remote image itself didn't exist.
  12. Forum Logos

    Version 1.0.2

Add text or logo images to each forum. Useful if you want to have members "sponsor" a particular forum. Features: Set individual logos for each forum. Positions options include next to forum name or below forum description. Displays logos or text in both forum index and forum view. Choose between an uploaded logo image or a text based advert/sponsorship. Modify both logo/text url and prefix text. Set fixed logo dimensions for each image or included fluid option for more responsive look. Keep up to date with DevFuse mod development and releases.

Check out one of my premium listings below. Keep up to date with DevFuse mod development and releases.

  14. Birthday Greeter

@Nukeproof Mega I'm not sure if the support ticket was opened first or this review as the dates are the same but I wish I was given a chance to address this before a poor review was left. Please check ticket #2566 on my site as my latest reply actually provided a work around solution I've been looking at until something can be included in a future version. IPB4 tasks seems to be based on intervals now rather then times but the solution I offered should allow a fixed time to be run.
  15. Hi Mike
