  5. dreamer81 added a post in a topic can ip.nexus work as classifieds ?

Because that is not how a classified site should work.
  6. dreamer81 added a post in a topic can ip.nexus work as classifieds ?

The money should go to the user that puts something up for sale, so that doesn't work either.
    bummer...

any idea if this "classifieds" feature is something being worked on at the moment?
  7. dreamer81 added a post in a topic can ip.nexus work as classifieds ?

I am not interested in 3rd party applications, since that just makes my life difficult when i update my installation of ip.board/nexus.

you should try it, you would be surprised how stupid it is. They even admitted it themselves. I sincerly hope ipb is not going to make the same mistake when Rikki writes

They made it more or less like a windows explorer where you have folders, and all kinds of weird faeces. It really sux.

I agree on this. The gallery uploader method is so old school that it's embaressing for me. A quick fix would be just to use the flash uploader that is used when posting attachments to a forum post.

Please dont make anything crazy like Vbulletin did, their uploader is WAYY too advanced and doesn't give me any benefit at all.
  14. dreamer81 added a post in a topic how to include gallery photos into blog entry? still a pain

Sorry to open this old thread. But where do I configure this setting. Only my administrator has access to attach an album to a blog. My users doesn't have this access????
  15. dreamer81 added a post in a topic Conversion difficulty?

Its not that hard. Try to convert your test forum a couple of times first.

Only issue I have seen is that the convert will only work for IPB 3.0.5, and not 3.1.0

Once you upgrade to 3.1.0b2 all members passwords no longer works, unless they have logged into the forum between you installed 3.0.5 and 3.1.0
There is no bug on this as I am not familiar with the bug tracker.
