  1. Yes this happens, to open firefox menu you must double right click image.
  2. This is probably happening because all IPB communitis are using same email template. Try changing your template and you should be fine. However if you are alredy flaged as suspicous email sender/spammer then its harder to do anything to fix it.
  3. Real Time Update?

No its not that recource intensive as refreshing page and you can set option to enable/disable it.
  4. Do you want SSL for admin ?

I have SSL optional so users can change to SSL any times they feel and I force SSL for all my site admin CP's. EDIT: How big was the demand of removing topic descriptions, user notes, option to choose posts/topics per page etc.?
  5. IP.Board 3.2.0 - Visual Skin Editor

    That's great feature.
  6. Yep, I am also waiting for this.
  7. Uggh... didn't even know they removed all the stuff with avatars... Also see... the end users of the forums software are not IPS clients but users of IPS clients boards. People who say removing this or that wont make big change... well I guess your board is small because on big boards any little change will be disliked by someone. For peoples quoting my post and saying "My board is big and my forum users wont care about this or that.", its all about users dedication and the time they have spent on forums. For example my community is 7 years old and I know my forum users will be pissed of a lot for removing animated avatars and topic descriptions and they probably don't like new editor as well (no pseudo code buttons) because they are used with the old stuff. Imagine using topic descriptions for 7 years and then poof its gone. This will give hit to my community so I have to see if I am upgrading at all to IPB 3.2.0 or start using other bulletin board software. When I first saw IPB 3.2.0 it looked so good because it is so clean and simplified but now when i touched it myself I see lots of stuff removed and less things added. I'd put it down to GD2 lib because IPB uses php-gd2.
  8. How about writing the code so it wont add whitespaces on page creation? Would take even lesser server side resource.
  9. FireFox keeps messing up 3.2 skin

    Works for me.
  10. Hello, I have few suggestion for IPB 3.2.0. Current bruteforce protection works like that: You set X failures in Y time. If user fails to log in X times in time frame of Y then that account will be disabled for his/her IP address. This wont work in all cases. For example our board is getting attacked by bots that are using proxy lists. If it fails to log in with one proxy IP address X times then it will take just another IP address and when it runs out of IP addresses then it will take just new account to bruteforce. At this point current protection will fail because it protects only one account. My suggestion: Make the protection to count all log in failures in Y time frame, so it will protect all users. [*]Usability improvement - locked accounts: Currently bruteforce protection will lock user account for Z minutes. IMO better solution would be replacing locking with captcha. Because sometimes these are real users and they have just forgot the password or don't remember it fully (for example if they don't use that forums everyday). Getting your account locked for example 15 minutes is just annoying and if they are not most active forum users then they may just leave the board. [*]Usability improvement - moderation in topic view: I think its would be great if moderators could edit users signatures on topic view it would make moderation way more easier especially on busy boards. [*]Security - bruteforce protection:
