  1. Questions prior to upgrade.

    1) You will lose all 3rd-party skins, hooks, and apps in the v4 upgrade. Nothing made for v3 will work in v4 at all. 2) Yes, they will. You may need to adjust some forum permissions after the upgrade. 3) The answer is "perhaps", but you would first need to follow all the steps in this guide: https://www.invisionpower.com/support/kb/_/how-to-clean-your-site-from-infection-r27 and especially the step where all passwords are changed, for anyone who has any access to the admin panel. Once those steps are done, then you should be good to go for the upgrade. But once they are done, if that redirect still occurs, please file a ticket to General Support for assistance.
  2. IPB Activation

As noted on the website and during the purchase process, all transactions are manually reviewed to prevent fraud and can take up to 2 business days to review, though they are usually done much more quickly. If your transaction is not reviewed within that time frame, please file a ticket to Customer Service for assistance.
  3. Pay $200 and keep waiting !! Too much

Yes, that's the right account. Your Community in the Cloud was installed already and you should have received an email with the connect details. If you did not receive that email, please check your Spam and Junk folders to see if gmail flagged it as spam. If it's not there, please file a ticket to Cloud Support and we'll be glad to assist you.
  4. Pay $200 and keep waiting !! Too much

The email address you used to create this topic does not show any purchases associated to it, I just checked. Please login here with the same email address and password which you used to make the purchase then update this topic. You can also file a ticket to Customer Service to have that investigated.
  5. Shop

That limit is an average over 2 days, so you can have 40 visitors for 24 hours, then 20 visitors for 24 hours, and the average is 30 for the 2-day period. But if that doesn't address your question, or you have additional ones, please send an email to sales@invisionpower.com and they can assist further.
  6. Easy Mode Editor

I'd suggest filing a ticket to Support.
  7. Import Vb4.2 to IPB Cloud

You'd need to get a full database backup from your vB forum, plus any user-submitted content (attachments, avatars, etc) that is not stored in the database. Once that is done you'd purchase a hosting package, then file a ticket to Cloud Support. They would give you further instructions.
  8. I love your sig!!

  9. Thank you IPS Inc.

Thank you for the kind words, they're appreciated.
  10. You'll need to login with your customer email address and password, then ask that question in an appropriate area of the forum or file a ticket to support. As this is not a Pre-Sales question, the topic will be closed.
  11. Yes, as was mentioned, you'd convert to version 3.4.9 first using the converter, then upgrade to version 4. And when you purchase you'll have access to both 3.4.9 and 4 (4.1.7 currently).
  12. IPB 3.4.8 - Login Problem [PHP]

You'd need to have the site owner (license holder) post that question in an appropriate area of the forum, or file a ticket to support. They can also add you as an Alternate Contact so you would be able to do so. As this is not a Pre-Sales topic, however, it will be closed.
  13. You would need to login with the same email address and password as used in the Client Area. You're showing as a Visitor (non-customer) right now. Once you've done so, then you'd be able to ask the questions in a support area of the forum. You can also file a ticket to support, and they'll be glad to assist.
  14. Emails Blocked

You would need to login with your customer account to ask that question in an appropriate support area, or have the license holder file a ticket to support. As this is not a Pre-sales question the topic will be closed.

Living to see "New Year 2017" is my 2016 resolution. At my age, it's not guaranteed.
