YouTube player doesn't have "fullscreen" button
When you embed a YouTube video on any other site, the player has a "fullscreen" button by default, but not on IPS4.

Unable to send a PM to certain users because of username ordering
A moderator on my forum brought up a good point about username ordering when sending a PM:
As an example, if I wanted to send a message to @Matt, I wouldn't be able to (unless I go to his profile and send from there), because his username is not on the list.

@Mark This is fixed here, but not on my 4.0.8 site. Any idea why?
  6. Kirill N added a comment [4.0.8] Upgrade: Column 'index_title' cannot be part of FULLTEXT index

But what do I do? I uploaded the contents of that zip and even though now I'm not asked to run that query, I'm simply stuck at this screen and after a minute it just redirects me to the homepage of my site

@bfarber Did you completely rewrite that knowledgebase article? Anyway, the other solution doesn't work either

    Thanks.
I already submitted a ticket. Could you please help me with this because I'm stuck at the upgrade with a live site? If not, is this something I can just ask my host to do?

When upgrading, I'm asked to run the query

But when I try to run in in PhpMyAdmin, I get the exact same error as the title of this bug report

I'm stuck in maintenance mode because of this. Ticket 918758 I'd appreciate a response asap

@bfarber That doesn't help... I still get asked to run that query no matter how many times I hit continue

Please make automatic embedding of topics optional
I've been trying to bring this to IPS staff's attention for months with no success but I'll keep trying because this is important...
Please make an option to disable automatic embedding of topics. I was told in a support ticket that the embed does not try to load the entire topic, but I refuse to believe this is true because the time it takes for it to load grows proportionally with the amount of responses a topic has. If a 1-page topic is embedded, it loads instantly, but if it's a 1000-page topic, the circle can be spinning for like half a minute. This is bad for site performance. Not to mention that those embeds are just ugly and unnecessary.
