  1. cPanel access is crucial

    Any progress to report?
  2. I've been testing this for last few days to make sure it's some kind of bug. Normally I visit this site once a day after work which means I should have more or less 24 hours of unread topics/posts. If I simply go "All activity" the list is correct. It goes back roughly 24 hours. If I go Activity>My activity streams>Unread content the list goes back only few hours (3, 4, or 5 depending on a day). For last few days I did NOT visit this site between last evening and this evening. Something is wrong somewhere.
  3. The topic link takes me to the beginning of the topic. Same as in previous (4) versions.
  4. It's a very simple modification as described here: It's really annoying when I have a long message in email notification and I have to scroll all the way down to find "Go to this post" button. When you receive an email notification about PM, "Read full message" button is at the top AND at the bottom of email notification so I don't understand why we can't have it same way in case of new reply email notification.

Thank you Lindy I think some kind of graph like this will be more useful:
  6. cPanel access is crucial

Well there are always two ends of the stick. I don't have to worry about any technical problems. IPS fixes it for free.
  7. cPanel access is crucial

Whatever it is we need to be aware in some way.
  8. I learned yesterday. My site went down and it stayed down for several hours and I had no idea what happened. I opened emergency ticket and eventually the issue got fixed thanks to IPS support which I appreciate. However this whole situation could have been avoided saving my headache and IPS staff time had I access to cPanel. What happened according to IPS support was this: At this point we don't have any access to cPanel and there is no way to check what the current disk quota usage is. I've been told that the only way to find out is to open a ticket. That looks to me like a waste of of everyone's time. Something must be done to give us some access to cPanel..

IPS did it. I got a reply from them few minutes ago.
  11. Emergency ticket on weekend

Not quite. The site is up but several things are not working. Can't create new topic, can't post replies.
  12. Emergency ticket on weekend

I have access to nothing. My Home Page When you click on the above you'll see. Just blank page.
  13. Emergency ticket on weekend

I can't access my site so I can't read anything.
  14. New Content search

It looks like options under Activity change every other day.
